Just shot the first video over at our condo conversion that's underway in Beverly.  You can already see the framing and floor plan taking shape for a 3 bedroom condo there.

The "rough" is done on our Salem project and I'll walk you through some of the second floor design elements. You can get a sense of the creative floor planning and the new open feel of the 2nd floor landing.

43 Irving, Salem is well underway and some considerable progress has been made!
-The old back porch has been demolished and the rear facing exterior has been stripped for brand new vinyl siding. You'll also notice the addition of twin deck doors.
-The bathroom ceiling has been expanded.
-The previously cramped stairway has been expanded to include a window and a wider stair tread.
-The last pair of pictures show how view from the back of the house and really demonstrate the new open floor plan now that the former kitchen-living room wall is demolished.
