Demolition Completed at 3 Symonds Flip

These are the latest updates to our 3 Symonds flip. Photos are mostly in order from before and after.  Notice on the 2nd floor the former "pass through" bedroom has now been shrunk and the 2x4 on the floor (in the picture before last) now represents wall in the new hallway that will lead into that back bedroom once the door has been shifted left. Adding that bedroom upstairs allowed us to remove the 1st floor chimney and create a huge open floor plan there.

Ortins Group Hosts Investor Roundtable at Clubhouse Forum

Ortins Group held an investor roundtable networking event at the Clubhouse Forum, Beverly's newest meeting space.  It was a great chance for us to get to share what Brian and I do on a daily basis with these folks and to hear strategies and advice from investors growing their portfolios.
