I once heard a story about a real estate investor and his agent who went into a property in disrepair with a wretched smell.  The agent gasped, "What is that smell?!?!?"  to which the investor replied, "Smells like money!"  A lot of times a something that makes a property really undesirable can be an opportunity for a real estate investor to add value.

This past week, I toured 2 properties with mold warnings.  Mold effects people differently and it wasn't clear how much mold was in each property, but not wanting to take any chances, I donned the mask-- and so did our client!
